For more than 35 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside students, pastors, and ministry leaders. During that time, I've learned something that has never changed—ministry was never meant to be done alone.

I've experienced the excitement of seeing students' lives transformed, but I've also experienced the challenges every ministry leader faces. The pressure. The uncertainty. The seasons when you wonder if anyone truly understands the weight of the calling God has placed on your life.

That's why I started NextGen Matters.

My passion isn't simply to provide resources or teach better ministry methods. My passion is to encourage leaders, strengthen churches, and help the next generation discover and follow Jesus Christ.

Whether through coaching, cohorts, speaking, or practical ministry training, my goal is always the same: to invest in leaders who are investing in students.

Because when leaders are encouraged, churches become stronger. And when churches become stronger, students are transformed.
