Engaging | Encouraging |Equipping |Empowering

These four components are at the center of NGM. For over 35 years in student ministry, Rich’s student ministry background is in the local church, so he “thinks” pastor and the university classroom, so he “thinks” professor; meaning his desire is to bring both elements of relational ministry and educational ministry to NGM.

I know what it is like having ten students or a hundred students in a student ministry.  No matter the size of the ministry, I know what it feels to wonder if you’re in the right situation and does anyone in the church even understand the passion and necessity of the call to reach and disciples students to be genuinely following Jesus.  There can be a loneliness that comes within ministry.  Elijah felt it, Jeremiah felt it, even the Apostle Paul and our Lord Jesus had those times of loneliness in ministry.  This is my passion with NGM – leader to leader – I want leaders to be relationally encouraged in the ministries for which they have been called to lead.”

A pastor ministering to pastors and assisting those leaders in developing their teams to be strong in their discipling ministries.  This is what NGM is about because this generation matters to God.

  • DO YOU have a desire to see your students be more like Jesus and reproduce Jesus into their generation?

  • DO YOU want to create a BIBLICALLY CENTERED student ministry?

Then let NGM serve YOU!
